The Beginning
This is not day one of my trip, as I write my first blog or journal. I actually started this journey on September 4, 2026.
And honestly, the beginning was very overwhelming.
For almost two weeks, sitting at home, wandering here and there inside my room, looking at the ceiling, I kept asking myself whether I was actually making the right decision by trying to travel across India on a motorcycle.
It sounded exciting when it was an idea almost one year back. But it felt very different once I was actually on the road. The constant nervousness that I’ve to cover a giant map hasn’t gone yet. So, I’ve assured myself, that I’ll ride it far and ride it hard. But I wouldn’t be spending next months simply from one destination to another.
I’m still figuring it out, whether I’m really ready to live this way for next three months. However, at this point, my motorcycle has essentially become a part of my body, an extension. I’ve to find safe places to park it.
